Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it on our website without incurring any cancellation charges. This allows us to process your request before your order enters the fulfillment and shipping stage.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, the order will be treated under our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

After the Cancellation Window

Orders submitted after the 24-hour cancellation period or orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the order will be delivered as scheduled.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, the full amount paid for your order will be refunded to your original payment method, including credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or digital wallet (where applicable).

Refunds are typically processed within 7–15 business days. The time required for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been initiated.
